SUSTAINABILITY

The Stratton Lab strongly believes in the impact of global warming and its effects in the world. We are committed to contribute to environmentally friendly intiatives to decrease our footprint.

We pledge to:

- Maintain our involvement with The Neuro's Green Lab initiatives through our students' and staff's volunteering opportunities.

- Continue to change our day-to-day habits to ensure we reduce the amount of consumables, and increase our recycling and reusing practices.

2024 FREEZER CHALLENGE WINNERS

The Stratton Lab wins 2nd place in the McGill-wide "2024 Freezer Challenge" for decreasing environmental footprint and actively supporting staff and student volunteering through the Neuro's Green Lab initiatives.

GREEN LAB RECYCLING INITIATIVE

As of 2022, the Stratton Lab is proudly part of a new initiative to donate hundreds of ice packs to an NGO that will reuse them for food deliveries all over Montreal.

Nina Caporicci-Dinucci led green lab initiatives within the Stratton Lab and within the McGill community. She was also apart of the award winning committee of 2021.
