EQUITY, DIVERSITY, AND INCLUSION
Our dataset sources
The Stratton Lab believes in embracing equity, diversity and inclusion. As part of McGill University and The Neuro, we are committed to following the extensive strategic plans in place to ensure a fair, safe and inclusive laboratory environment. In addition, we are devoted to reach out to our community.
We pledge to:
- Inspire and support those interested in STEM, especially from underrepresented populations (females, visible minorities and disadvantaged groups) by connecting with community programs, services and mentorships.
- Improve student and staff success by providing an open and transparent workplace.
- Encourage representativeness and inclusion in the lab by following McGill's EDI guidelines.
