Using a deep-learning approach, the Stratton Lab generates a refined gene list that enables reliable assessment of the quality of brain-derived transcriptomic samples. Dr Alexis Allot has developed an open website where we provide easy-access to single cell datasets so users can explore single cell data in an efficient and user-friendly manner.

OPEN SCIENCE CHAIR

Dr Stratton is the scientific chair of the Neuro's Open Science Committee - she leads a team of PIs to advise and support the implementations of open science practice at the Neuro.

An annual award in memory of Dale Hatrock. Dale was a Stratton Lab graduate student who was passionate about developing scientific methods and sharing his experimental design and ideas with colleagues.
