The Stratton lab is part of The Neuro's Open Science initiative.

 

We pledge to:

- Share our data and code to facilitate collaborations among our colleagues.

- Conduct our research in an unbiased and transparent manner.

- Provide educational tools to help conduct and analyze single cell experiments.

Dr Alexis Allot has developed an open website where we provide easy-access to single cell datasets so users can explore single cell data in an efficient and user-friendly manner.

OPEN SCIENCE CHAIR

Dr Stratton is the scientific chair of the Neuro's Open Science Committee - she leads a team of PIs to advise and support the implementations of open science practice at the Neuro.

HATROCK AWARD FOR OPEN METHODS DEVELOPMENT

An annual award in memory of Dale Hatrock. Dale was a Stratton Lab graduate student who was passionate about developing scientific methods and sharing his experimental design and ideas with colleagues.
